Unearthing Foundations, Hispanic Heritage Month Exhibition
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with an exhibition that highlights Latinx and Hispanic artists in the DMV area. Unearthing Foundations examines how our personal and cultural past influences what comes next, even if we can’t see it. The artists featured in this exhibition explore how place, family, rituals, and nature are layers in a timeline, and ask us to reflect on what we hold on to or discard. Curated by Rebecca Perez.
