Our Accessibility Goal
Marketus aims to design and maintain the Platform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical accessibility target. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we do not claim that every page, device, browser, third-party component, or external link will be free from accessibility barriers at all times.
What We Work to Support
Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
Readable text, sufficient color contrast, and responsive layouts;
Meaningful headings, labels, and form instructions;
Alternative text or equivalent descriptions for important images where practical;
Usable focus states and interaction feedback;
Accessible event discovery across list, calendar, and map-oriented experiences; and
Reasonable compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies and modern browsers.
Event Accessibility Information
Event accessibility is controlled by the individual event organizer and venue. Organizers are responsible for accurately describing accessibility features, accommodations, restrictions, and contact procedures for their events. If you need an event-specific accommodation, contact the organizer using the event's official page or contact information.
External Websites
The Platform links to independent organizer, registration, venue, government, school, and community websites. Marketus and MDHCC do not control the accessibility of those external services.

If you have difficulty using the Platform or need information in an alternative format, use the Platform's Contact page. Please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We will make reasonable efforts to review and address reported barriers.
Ongoing Improvement
We may update the Platform, content, forms, navigation, and supporting technologies over time. This Statement may be revised as accessibility work continues.
